Process
- Complete the CPR AED First Aid Training Request Form below.
- Download and fill out the Student List form, this must be completed to include when submitting the request (this is the only way the certificate and certification card are sent and to ensure we have the required number of Instructor to Student ratio).
- Read and Sign the Student Expectation, Rescheduling, Cancellation/Refund Policy Acknowledgement Page.
- An Instructor will contact you within 7 days from our receipt of the CPR AED First Aid Training Request Form to confirm your class date and discuss additional needed information, questions and/or concerns.
- A Contract will be sent to the Contact Person listed on the CPR AED First Aid Training Request Form.
- The Contract must be signed and returned to [email protected] no later than 20 days prior to Requested Class Date.

What to expect
- The average length of class is approximately 4 hours. Must attend class in its entirety.
- Maximum students to be taught in one class is 25 (based on instructor availability).
- The classroom space should be large enough to accommodate both classroom instruction as well as hands-on scenarios.
- We will need the capability to show videos and/or a clear wall to set up a projector
- The Instructor Team will arrive the day of the Class 45 minutes-1 hour prior to class start time.
- Class will include both video and verbal instruction, hands-on practice, discussion, and a test.

You Must Read and Sign the Student Expectation, Rescheduling, Cancellation/Refund Policy Acknowledgement Page within the Student list form.
Step 2: Confirm Class Details
BLS Certification
Obtain Healthcare Provider Certification. Certificate and AHA card will be issued via
AHA Ecards. 2-year Certification.
Heartsaver CPR/AED
Learn effective CPR and how to use an AED per AHA Guidelines. Ebook and Pocket
mask included. Certificate and AHA card will be issued via AHA Ecards. 2-year Certification.
Heartsaver CPR/AED and First Aid
Learn effective CPR and how to use an AED plus First Aid per AHA Guidelines. Ebook and Pocket mask included. Certificate and AHA card will be issued via AHA Ecards. 2-year Certification.
Educational (Non-Certification)
This is a non-certification course intended for community educational outreach. This is a brief overview for individuals, who cannot perform effective chest compressions, to get educated on how to activate the emergency response system (911), the steps to CPR as well as a familiarization of an AED. This option is not intended to replace or achieve any standard of certification your employer, local, state, or federal organization may require.
